The Disability and Work in Canada (DWC) 2025 in-person conference will take place in Ottawa, Ontario over two days in December. This event will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and advocates to explore how inclusive practices can drive economic success and innovation.

  • Day 1: Fostering innovation: The economic and competitive advantages of a diverse workforce (Monday, December 1, 2025)

    Discover how disability inclusion fosters creativity and innovation within the workplace. Learn from experts and thought leaders about the unique perspectives and problem-solving abilities that a diverse workforce brings, and how these can lead to groundbreaking ideas and solutions.

  • Day 2: Strategic excellence: Implementing and measuring the economic impact of disability inclusion (Tuesday December 2, 2025)

    Gain practical insights into the strategic implementation of disability inclusion initiatives.
